Rebecca not only helped us with our car insurance as a military family new to Alabama, but when we were ready to buy a home, she was very prompt getting numbers to lender and closing agents, running all our options by us, discounting our auto insurance significantly! And making it possible to close on a home in UNDER 3 weeks from the time of seeing the home for the first time! After closing, Rebecca has still stayed in touch, updated us on the credit being applied to our auto insurance, notified us of renters policy ending as everything transitioned smoothly to homeowner she kept us updated every step of the way and is keeping a personal eye on our account to make sure all discounts and rates come out correctly during the next billing cycle with their new computer system. How many insurance agents or companies truly take the personal time and care to do that now days?? If you’re looking for “old school service” where they treat you like they genuinely want to earn your business and are thrilled to help you and truly work their butts off, this State Farm & working with Rebecca is AMAZING!!! Very military friendly!! Their rates were significantly lower than USAA. I don’t know what the deal is with USAA being so high, they use to support military families. But State Farm has stepped up to go above & beyond for military and they make so much more sense PLUS you get that personal touch that you do not get elsewhere. "Been with State Farm for the past 4 years or so and they've been much cheaper than alternatives. I like their model of local agents. I didn't think I would care much or that it would make much difference at first, but being able to call or email the same group of people, or even go in to see them locally is much nicer than talking a nameless call center person in who-knows-where and talking to a different person each time. As long as rates stay competitive, I can see myself staying with them for quite a while. The Breck Honea team has been great.
