"I want too share this with everyone because I have never in my 60 years encountered or had the privilege to speak and actually get to know such a dedicated young gentleman he went way above and beyond any human expectations thank you Alex Bartlett for an exceptional job I called for home owners insurance and after all your hard work and dedication not only do I have home owners insurance but also have car and life insurance cheaper than I was paying for just life insurance with another well known company and to top it all off you not only found a very serious issue with a state government office that could have effected my whole future your perseverance to figure out what was wrong helped me to fix it thank you for being dedicated people who have your compassion and respect for others is so very difficult to find and you are one in a million look forward to meeting you one day and to state farm corporate office you now have a forever customer just because of this young man"

He took the time to answer my questions and explained everything in great detail (which i have never had before).
